• no refunds after i send the sketch. if i have to cancel it due to personal circumstances, i will refund it.
• the most i will take is 2 weeks from start to finish. if i am not done within that time, do not hesitate to ask me about my progress. please note I may take a few days more if my queue is longer.
• you must pay before i start the process. if you need more time to pay or i make a mistake with the price, please let me know.
• prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request (design of character; including patterns, multicolored hair, wings, etc.)
• it would be really helpful if you provide a clear reference of the character and pose!
• you may repost the piece, set it as your icon, etc., as long as you credit me.
